Seouléa is a leading K-beauty company, expanding across the full range of Asian beauty products and services, from skincare to hair care and makeup. Our flagship boutique at Place Ste-Foy is growing, and we are looking for Beauty Advisors who are passionate about beauty and about helping people.

About the role

  • Welcome every client warmly and make sure they leave with a positive experience
  • Provide tailored skincare consultations and product recommendations based on skin type, concerns and goals
  • Educate clients on Asian skincare routines, ingredients and techniques
  • Stay current on product launches, beauty trends and innovations from Korea, Japan and China
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store
  • Assist with inventory, restocking and merchandising
  • Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges professionally
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations as needed

Who we are looking for

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (beauty or skincare preferred)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Genuine interest in Korean and Asian beauty
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and take a consultative approach to sales
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, reliable and professional in presentation
  • Comfortable with POS systems

Beauty knowledge

  • Knowledge of and interest in Korean and/or Asian skincare is required
  • Ability to assess skin concerns and recommend suitable products and routines
  • General knowledge of makeup, body care and hair care is an asset

Language and location

  • French required (written and spoken)
  • English proficiency is an asset
  • Must reside in or near Québec City
