Order Processing
All orders placed with Seouléa are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on the affiliated Carriers, such as UPS, Post Canada and destination.
Order Transit
Transit time is estimated at 2–7 business days (Monday to Sunday) for Canada and 4–8 business days (Monday to Sunday) for United States
Shipping Origins and Taxes
Shipping from Canada. All applicable taxes for Canadian orders and import duties for US orders are calculated and pre-paid at checkout for a surprise-free delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), Seouléa will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.
Shipping Costs for Canada and United States
We offer free shipping on all orders of 75.00 CAD & more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under 75.00 CAD (after discounts, before taxes), there will be a shipping charge of 11.95 CAD.
Local Pickup
Skip the shipping fees! We offer free local pickup for our customers in the Montréal area.

- How it works: After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 days (Monday to Sunday).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to two (1–2) business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
