How to Use
If the color appears light or uneven:
- Shake the eyeliner with the cap closed until you hear a clicking sound.
- Hold the tip facing downward briefly, then gently press the base onto a tissue or the back of your hand to activate the formula.
- Reshape the tip and apply along the lash line to create your desired eyeliner look.
